Design a work plan and a provisional budget for the upcoming activities in this quarter.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health Poverty Action (Pakxé) in Oct 2014
Interview
I was very impressed with the organisation's willingness to accommodate and the constructive feedback I received during the interview process. I felt that they did not waste people's time and only interviewed a small number of applicants who they genuinely believed could do the job. The interviewer was very open and transparent about what the organisation was looking for, what the job would entail and even told me how many applications they had received and how many interviewees had been selected. In the end I was not offered the job but the organisation contacted me to let me know, gave me very constructive feedback on my interview without even having to ask and provided me with transparent information about why they had selected another candidate. Although I have not worked with this organisation, based on my treatment as an interviewee, I would imagine that it is a good organisation to work for.

Question 1
I prepared well for this interview and found that none of the interview questions were difficult or unexpected. There were no 'trick' questions or attempts to catch me out. The interviewer was extremely straight forward both during the interview and through correspondence before and after the interview.
