I went through 3 interviews with this company, all of which from the point of application to rejection took over a month. I was genuinely interested in the position and company, however there was a serious lack of communication and closure on their end. The HR rep was consistently out of office or slow to respond. Three interviews is a lot for an applicant and a team to invest in without an email follow up saying you were not selected and went another route, whatever it may be. I sent follow ups and thank you’s, expressing ongoing interest only to receive a generic rejected email. It was telling to the culture in my opinion. I expected more from the HR rep given her background as a social worker and her discussion of how she feels like she’s helping people and positive feedback about the team/culture.
