Health Research interview questions

It was a graded interview, which made me feel uncomfortable; it just felt stiff and unfriendly. The questions were fairly basic behavioral questions/how would your experience apply to the job but knowing my answers would be given a grade didn't set a great tone for the interview. There were some questions afterwards which I was instructed to answer yes/no to that I felt could've been asked on the application form or similar.
