After a positive initial chat, the recruiter was supposed to connect me with a manager for a formal interview, but communication stopped entirely. I made multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email over a two-week period, but received zero acknowledgement.
As an experienced former employee who left in good standing and with rehireable status, I expected a basic level of professional courtesy. Seeing the jobs continuously reposted while qualified applicants are ignored suggests a flawed hiring process.
