Started with a standard HR screening call, spoke to the hiring manager, received a straightforward take-home assessment, presented on a case study (based on the materials they provided), met with team members 1-on-1. Overall, it was well organized, and the HR people remained communicative throughout the process. They try to set you up for success with a lot of practice. However, the actual interviews was subpar. The interviewers could benefit from some coaching about how to ask interview questions. Some of the interview questions confusing and lacking in specificity. It was kind of them to provide some feedback at the end, but it was nevertheless not constructive or specific. I think the process they had in place is good, but the way the team behaved was borderlining unprofessional.
