I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HealthVerity (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Two phone interviews and an onsite interview. Interviewed with CEO, COO, and CTO. Interviews covered past experience, successes/challenges, and future goals. The time between onsite interview and offer was short. Compelling product and smart team.
Protracted series of meetings from recruiter, manager (2x), various team members, manager again, et al. Should've told them to make up their minds by interview #5.
Spent 10+ hours on an assessment and a presentation that was required to advance in the process.
They let me know I didn't get the job after seven interviews and several hours of unpaid work. I thought the offer to coach my work after the job rejection was kind of weird. I'm not looking for a consolation prize.
The position is still posted, months later.
Do not recommend.

Question 1
How would you implement certain solutions given client business case?
Met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. The next step was a virtual onsite series of interviews with the greater team. Had the opportunity to meet the team members to evaluate a mutual fit. Behavioral and job related questions.
