Interview
The process consisted of 4 rounds. Second round was with the hiring manager and third round is about 3 hours long meeting various team members. I didn't make it to the 4th round because they sent an offer to a referral.
It was a phased interview process with the people team, engineering team, and hiring manager - time consuming but I think it was very well worth it, especially because it gave me time to interview the organization to ensure it will be a good fit

The entire process was thorough, yet personable, transparent and well organized!
Had the opportunity to meet with HR, team/division leads and potential coworkers. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the company, the day-to-day work and what they’re tackling.

Interview
Phone screening with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, take home assignment, zoom calls with the team including a presentation. Each conversation felt intentional and I felt like I was able to showcase different parts of my capabilities.
