I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HealthVerity

      Interview

-First part of the interview process was an initial phone screen, discussing the company and your past experience. Very easygoing and the recruiter was very friendly. -Second part is a technical challenge that takes roughly an hour. Scripting language question and some command line questions. -Third part was odd. It was an interview with someone who was a "manager" of the integrations team but did not seem technically oriented at all. Asked me no technical questions and their main background was in customer support and humanities. Asked about prior experience working in teams and other generic questions. I was ultimately rejected for "not seeming interested in a client-facing role". Oddly enough, I asked about how much the role was client-facing in the initial phone screen, and still went ahead in the process, so I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion. I would not have wasted my time with a technical assessment and a second interview if the client-facing aspect turned me off. It seems that if you don't come off as bubbly and ready to "drive customer success", you will not move ahead in the process.

      Question 2

Have you ever had a conflict while working with a team and how did you resolve it?

      Interview

The whole interview process moves at the speed at which you want. Initially there's a phone screening, followed by a phone interview, and a technical assessment. If you make it through all three parts you'll most likely get an in person interview with the team. Make sure you come prepared in every part of the interview process.
