HealthVerity Programme Analyst interview questions

Very lengthy interview process that is quite redundant. Initially starts with a phone screening from a recruiter, followed by an assessment to do at home. After that, a phone interview with two people from the department. Phone interview was more general about background / job role and not very technical. Finally you get an in person interview, which took between 4-5 hours. I met with 6 or 7 people one at a time, for about 30 - 45 minutes each. Each conversation with an individual was very similar to the others, felt like it was kind of a waste to have every single person come in along. Interview was not technical at all, seemed more like a fairly casual conversation about the role / my experience.
