The interview process was done over the phone with the recruiter, I had to take a behavioral assessment to ensure culture fit, and then had a final interview in-person with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I was awarded with an offer letter and was able to sign electronically making it streamlined and easy. Very professional.

Interviewer started off by telling me a little bit about the company and the position that they are looking for am I took the opportunity to tell him about my experience in a way that was organic rather than waiting for him to stop and ask about my experience.
