I completed the first four stages before withdrawing to accept another offer: an initial talent screen, a conversation with the VP of Engineering, an async take-home assessment, and a final conversation with the CTO and co-founder. The remaining stages (engineering manager interviews, staff engineer technical discussions) were scheduled but I didn't reach them. Every conversation I had was genuinely engaging - the VP of Engineering was thoughtful and gave real insight into the engineering culture. The CTO conversation was fast-paced and direct: he asked sharp questions and clearly knew what he was looking for. The take-home was fair and practical. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and had a positive interview experience here.
