HealthifyMe interview questions

The first interview round was easy- focused on aws vpc and networking. Basic docker file knowledge. Asked questions about resume and projects and dived deep into automations. The interviewer was pretty helpful throughout and it lasted 45-50 mins.

The recruiter reached out first and set up a meeting with the head of product. Right after I received an assessment that was 100% related to the current roadmap of HealthifyMe. After the assignment was submitted, they went silent. They responded after a week that my application is on hold. From the share analytics, I can clearly see that they haven't even viewed the assignment in the past 10 days! So it's clearly a fake job role they advertised, perhaps to stay relevant or build a pipeline for candidates for later. It raises questions about the overall ethics of the company and the kind of culture it operates in.
