I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Healthily
Interview
The interview consisted of several phases, all gracefully handled by HR and the technical team.
After an exploratory phase, there are multiple technical steps (that could include an assignment), and interviews with the higher management.
Interview questions [1]

Several technical questions that could or could not be related with the technical task given.
Ambitions, goals, and values.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Healthily (London, England) in July 2021
Interview
I had three round of interviews:
Round One: With the COO and another Senior Delivery lead. I was asked abut my delivery and project experience, how I managed deliveries/projects and overcame problems (including what was the single biggest mistake I made on a project). This was very detailed, structured and thorough interview.
Round Two: With the CPO. We discussed what values I used when undertaking my work. We also discussed why I wished to leave my current role/employer and what I was looking for in a new company and role.
Round Three: This was with the CEO. I was asked lots of different questions across a variety of subjects in both my professional and in my outside interests (including my favourite question I have ever been asked in an interview about if I could have lunch with any person no longer living who would it be and why).

Question 1
What tools have I used in my career to manage my projects?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Healthily (London, England) in July 2021
Interview
I first had a casual / information chat with the HR at Healthily. Very friendly and had a great chat with her.
The first interview - was with 4 individuals across the company. A friendly, professional, brief introduction from each and they asked some great and seemed to be structured questions.
The second - 121 COO. Informative about the background and mission. Was a great discussion and questions/answers from both sides.
I was told by the COO to be going onto the 3rd stage of the interview with the CEO - but I was given an offer for the role within a matter of hours after the 2nd interview.
I experienced a very quick and well-communicated interview process (via email to organise)
