This organization demonstrates significant shortcomings in communication and the overall interview process. I strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing employee feedback before considering any opportunity with them. I’m grateful I did not consider them after completing the interview, I took time to read the reviews, which made it clear that the company would benefit from a comprehensive overhaul in several key areas.

Interview
I was initially contacted by HR for a screening, then scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter did a great job preparing me for what to expect, so there were very few surprises throughout the process. The hiring manager was engaging and asked thoughtful questions about the projects I’ve worked on, which made for a productive and positive conversation.

Interview
The interview process was rather long and communication was not great throughout the process. Initial interview with the recruiter was easy and quick. Then there were two more interviews with the hiring manager followed by directors. These interviews all happened within a 3 week time span and then crickets for over a month. When reaching out to ask about a decision, I was told that I was still in the running and someone would be in touch, which took another 2 weeks. The salary and PTO are what made me say yes, but otherwise, the communication was not great, and that seems to continue in the role.
