Phone interview, then go to a location and write a stupid personality test and if your results are acceptable then an actual interview with a hiring manager where they push how great the company is and the amazing bonuses you *could* earn (without mentioning the actual amount) and the *great* benefits package (although they don't mention HOW expensive it is and that you basically pay for the whole package your self)

called in to do an IQ-test, takes about an hour or so. didn't hear back for a few weeks, but was eventually called in for in person interview, but declined since i already accepted another position.
