I had a friend that worked there, and he picked me up an application. When I turned it in, I asked to speak to a manager and we set up an ineterview. When the GM interviewed me, he asked me mostly about my alochol knowledge (as it is a cocktail lounge as well as restaurant), and because I knew a couple of guys that worked there we mostly talked about Star Wars. Basically like every other restaurant interview is what I'm trying to say. I would know 4 or 5 of every major type of alcohol and know a few factoids about whiskey as that is the main offering, or it is at least the spirit with the most variety.
