Hearst Full Stack Developer interview questions

First contacted by recruiter on Linkedin, then a phone interview, 2 days got informed they wanted to move forwards to onsite. The onsite was 5 rounds, 30 minus with each interviewer, no algorithm or white board coding. The conversation are friendly and smoothy, but seems no like actively hiring people. No response after the onsite, no reply from recruiter for the result.
