Heartflow Manager interview questions

Recrcruiter immediately set me up on an Interview with Hiring Manager. Had a good interview and was told to wait a couple weeks to hear something back via email.2 weeks turned into 4 weeks and was totally ghosted never heard anything back.I followed up with the recruiter and folks she ghosted me as well!! Would you want to work for a company that treats people like this?
