A 5 minute phone call in which I was asked about skill and experience. The interviewer seemed more interested in bragging about themselves than interested in my experience. Would not recommend.

The interview started out very well. I was told I was 1 of 5 being interviewed for the position. The
company's recruiter told me she would keep me informed of the process from start to finish. After a 45 minute interview, I thanked her for her time and left feeling really good. I sent an email thank you and followed up with a hand written thank you note. No response from the recruiter. About a week later, I emailed her again to let her know I was still very interested in the position..,again no response. It would have been ok if I didn't get this job, but when you are told you would be kept in the loop and this unprofessional recruiter doesn't even have the common courtesy to inform you they moved on to another candidate , I just don't understand. She is representing the company very poorly.

Thank you for your review. We do acknowledge your view and I can assure you that this is not how we normally operate. We now have a dedicated in-house recruiter who is professional and makes sure to inform interviewees if we have moved forward with other candidates.
