Hedges & Company interview questions

I had a phone interview for the position, I thought it went very well, I was more then qualified for the job. I sent a follow up email, and I never heard back. So I sent another follow up and still didn’t get a response. The job was reposted and I applied 3months a go. The least I could have gotten was an email saying I didn’t get the job. I found it highly unprofessional. It is very time consuming to look for a job and do interviews. The least you can do is inform someone that they didn’t get the job
