The first 2 rounds were good; high energy and I felt supported in the interview. The final interview was—unnerving, very low energy, and intimidating. There is also an unpaid assignment for the final. You do not get paid and there is no paperwork guaranteeing they won’t use your work. I was not contacted post-final interview for a month on not getting the job. And that was after I reached out to them.
