I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Helbling & Associates in Apr 2018
Interview
Lengthy, but worth-while. They take time to thoroughly assess if the company is the right fit for you and if you are the right fit for them. Generally 2+ stage process. You don't feel any ambiguity or uncertainty as to what your role(s) would be. You know what to expect and feel prepared.

Question 1
If you were a tree, what type would you be and why?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Helbling & Associates (Wexford, PA)
Interview
Initially met two executive recruiters at a career fair at my college. Knowledgeable guys that did a great job selling their company and explaining what they do. Sent my follow up emails and heard back within two days that they wanted to set up an interview. Interviewed with Tom, the CEO. He was a more intimidating interview than I was used to, but I felt that it went well. They said to call back if I was still interested. I gave them a call the next day, and after that conversation, I haven't had contact with them since. There was no official denial, which I always find very unprofessional for a small company. I've received handwritten denial letters from companies much larger than Helbling.
