Helen of Troy interview questions

I advanced to a final round interview with senior leadership. As this was just before the holidays, I waited until about a week into the new year before following up. I received a brief, generic response from the recruiter noting that people were still returning from time off and that they would be in touch. I never heard back. I followed up directly with the hiring manager as well, and still received no response.

The interview process was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout the process, and everyone I interviewed with was friendly and welcoming. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on leadership, teamwork, and past experience, so nothing felt overly difficult or intimidating. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and the interviewers made the conversation feel natural and comfortable.
