HelioCampus interview questions

Initial phone screening followed by 1:1 with Hiring Manager. I did not pass after this round, most likely due to my answer to the very last question about my career aspirations. Supposedly after this, there would still be more rounds of interviews and a possible presentation. I enjoyed the people I got to connect with but my only qualm was having 3 full weeks of radio silenced after my initial screening to the Hiring Manager round interview. I was surprised when I was moved onto the next round after hearing back nothing for such a long period of time. Granted, they did say during the initial call that the hiring was not urgent, but at the same time, I was told I'd get an update within a few days and did not hear for 3 weeks.
