The recruiter contacted me, and I got sent two extensive writing tasks. These tasks were interesting but very ambiguous. I got limited to no feedback, just stating there were inaccuracies in my presentation (however I was not told what these inaccuracies were even after requesting more detailed feedback). To get sent such an extensive task before an interview I think is a real downfall in their hiring process. It is not fair to ask candidates to spend such a long time on a task and then not give detailed feedback or even a chance of an interview.
