      CRM Specialist Interview

      13 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Helix Sleep (New York, NY)

      Interview

Went through SEVEN rounds of interviews, including one extremely intensive presentation and one meeting with the CMO, only to end up getting a message from their automated response system that I was rejected. A truly terrible, inhuman process and it made me think significantly lesser of the brand, its employees, and their (lack of) good talent acquisition specialists. I felt so disrespected and used but know that I dodged a bullet in the long run. When I asked the recruiter why, they gave me a stock answer about how "they were going with someone better suited to the role." If you're thinking of applying here, I have one piece of advice: DON'T.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

standard questions about sms, email, different important KPIs, and data and analytics. presentation included analyzing their past email campaigns condensed in a messy Excel file.
