There was an initial phone screening then a behavioral interview. The phone call went well but the behavioral interview was a bit uncomfortable. I found the interviewers to be uninterested from the beginning. One of them didn't even fully introduce themselves. Some of their questions were condescending and it seemed like they were trying to find red flags instead of getting to know me as a candidate. One of the worst things as an interviewee is to feel like the interviewers are unimpressed right from the beginning as it doesn't create an atmosphere for success.
