I made it through 3 of 5 interviews (plus an excel test). The first interview was in July, so the process was quite long. After my third interview, the HR representative stopped replying to my emails for an update. In October, after many unanswered emails, I followed up with someone else at the company through linkedin and within 30 minutes, received my rejection as a template email.
During my last interview, the lead interviewer was unfocused, clearly unhappy to be there, and bordering on outright rude. The experience left me wondering if the HelloFresh culture projected is not accurate to the actual working environment.
After 3 fairly intense interviews, it was highly unprofessional to stop replying to emails for almost a month and leave me with nothing but a template email.

Interview
The guy was super nice and was trying to get to know me while seeing if I would be a good fit for the team. He made a point to ask me how I saw my career evolving and the things I'd like to work on a daily basis.
