I applied for a job on Indeed, was emailed by their AI bot (which referred to me by the wrong name), and set up a phone interview with a technical person. After a 1 hour long conversation, I was told to expect an offer. 3 hours later received an email from their bot telling me that they were not interested in moving forward. The next morning I received a phone call from a human telling me that was a mistake and that I should get an offer. I received a contingent offer that afternoon and was pressured to sign it by the end of the day. That was it, I received no update or communication after that. They promised transparency and communication throughout the process and have completely ghosted me. very unprofessional, avoid this company.
