The first round was a zoom with 3 people on the call, rotating asking questions. It was pretty overwhelming and there was no heads up on who you will be speaking with. None of them had their cameras on.

Interview
I had one call with the VP of Engineering, despite the role being for client services. It was a casual call and he indicated that he'd like me to talk to the person who runs the Client HRBP team next, however, I never heard back from the company even after reaching out. They completely ghosted me without closing the loop, after saying they were looking to make a quick decision. The role is still posted as well, so they seem to be pretty messy at sorting out loose ends.
