I had a first interview and never heard back from them company, even though they promised updates in a week. It's fine if they find someone more qualified, but if someone respects you with their time and prepares for the interview, being transparent is the bare minimum.

Very friendly, lots of interesting questions and I seemed like the perfect fit but ultimately did not get the position. They did not give me a reason why and put the ad up again after a few weeks.

Interview
Phone conversation with CEO, then plenty of email back and forth. Eventually, met CEO in a bar for a drink, who then introduced me to the COO, who I met in a cafe the following day. After this, I flew out to Stockholm to meet some of the rest of the team and do a case study
