HemoCue interview questions

7 great interviews I thought I would have the job. I was very surprised I was not hired. I didn't even get a yes or no email from the recruiter nor the management team. Not sure what Hemocue is looking for in a customer service representative.

Phone interview was about 30 minutes long. Pleasant and detailed. Went through my experience? Why I would choose their company? Why looking for a change? and What value or skills could I add to company.
