I have been working in health care for years , this is my first time being ghosted after being told I got the job. Very unprofessional. I got the vibe it might be a mean girls club after the interviewer said that I probably didn’t go to school with her and then proceeded to talk about freed hardeman. I was told I got the job as long as my background check passed. I signed employment papers and had a tuberculosis test. I have no criminal history and I checked with my references and they were never called. This makes me think the interviewer just didn’t want to hire me but didn’t want to say it. As a single mom who has been dealing with these mean girl clubs in Henderson, this is so disheartening and disrespectful. There’s no other nursing homes in Henderson to work at. I don’t recommend interviewing unless you want to work for people who have obviously not done cna work…

Interview
The interview process included an online application, which then needed to be repeated on paper once I attended the in-person interview . Prior to the in-person with the director of rehab, there’s a short phone interview.
