Phone interview, in person interview, the interview felt very one sided all about the interviewer and not about the interviewee. it also felt like he had already decided not to hire me before even meeting with me or seeing my resume. also the interviewer was late to the interview by and hour.
Super easy sit down and chat. We spoke idly of things and it was determined I was a likable person. Couldn't have been easier. I was invited to a second interview in under five minutes time so can't beat that.

Very quick process talked to the general manager and a sales manager, both were very nice. I had a recruiter call me, then I set up a face to face interview for the following day.
