The overall process included four rounds of interviews over the span of several months (January to May). I appreciated the opportunity to speak with different team members and learn more about the role. One of the rounds involved a detailed case study, which required a significant time investment and effort. However, there were notable inconsistencies and disappointments in the process. While most interviews were conducted with cameras on, the hiring manager kept her camera off, which felt impersonal and out of sync with the otherwise professional tone of the other conversations. After completing all rounds and submitting the case study, I waited for over five weeks without any follow-up, despite reaching out to both the hiring manager and HR. Ultimately, I never received a decision or feedback.
