Hennepin County, Minnesota interview questions

Panel interview with a lot (like 6) of interviewers, most of which have nothing to do with the role they are interviewing you for. Turned down due to pay scale being lower than others in the area

I applied online. The application was simple but included a few questions that were designed to help better understand the candidate's experience. I had two rounds of interviews. They sent me the questions the day before the interview. The team interviewing me was really responsive and communicative.
