I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Henry Schein (Melville, NY)
Interview
Interview process took long and was a bit drawn out. I have been told HR can take some time but there were also internal issues. Everyone was very friendly and up front about the responsibilities and seems like a very family oriented company which was why I was drawn to it. I had 2 interviews with HR and then interviews with 3 team members that I would be working directly with. I was extended an offer but found out that for salaried employees that were eligible for OT had to wait 90 days for benefits to kick in. This was a dealbreaker for me. The company did bend a bit but was not enough to make me take the job. It was disappointing but 90 days is an unusually long waiting period. Expenses for COBRA would have been too large of a burden to bear. I did not accept because of this main reason. This was a big disappointment, especially for a healthcare company that has been around for a long time.

Brief but thorough. They want to insure that one possesses the skills necessary to excel at the job. Management was great at honing in on key details of job description.
I applied online. I interviewed at Henry Schein (Chicago, IL) in July 2014
Interview
Applied online and received a call rather quickly from the man who wanted to interview me. After a brief telephone interview we chatted in person, I then came back for another interview with a different management person. I did not hear back for a couple of weeks but then received a call from yet another manager. I had my 3rd one on one interview and was asked to come back in the following Monday to see if the position was a good fit. I did. I shadowed one of the office staff for a day and received a call the next morning with an offer.
