Herbal Magic interview questions

it was conducted in a Tim Hortons. Very unprofessional. questions were pretty basic. the job I applied for initially was (centre director) . I was told that I would be hired as a Personal Health Coach 1st then would progress to Centre Director after 3 months. prior to the in person interview I had 2 phone interviews.

Saw posting online, applied, then followed up by dropping off resume personally as is a smaller town. Was greeting politely and received an email within a few days requesting a phone interview. A few days later was scheduled for in person interview with area manager, and all went well, other than salary. I was told salaries are locked in due to new owners policies, and the expectation of your commitment is high, due to significant training program. (six months). Because of this the probation term is also six months.
