Herc Rentals District Manager interview questions

contacted national recruiter which directed me to regional recruiter. Was about to be interviewed without a resume on file. Really? Move forward to face to face with VP of Sales. Waste of time. Was told within 5 minutes of interview that an internal candidate was most likely going to be hired. I had to drive 90 minuted for a 20 minute interview only to find out the VP of Sales was in the same city I live the day prior.
