Initial phone screen was very informative and pleasant. Invited for a face to face interview the next day. I met with the decision maker and manager, the interview was personality based and it was very comfortable. Next step is an assessment, then final interview then final decision, pretty painless! Very nice staff, positive and professional environment. Offers base pay + bonus and No limit on bonus potential. The company has a huge impact in the industry, a great reputation and benefits. Overall great experience and would recommend.
