Headhunted on LinkedIn> phone call > in- person interview with line manager. Was told I would get an answer by the end of the week. After about 10 days I chased with no answer. Finally got an outcome after 3 weeks of waiting. The rest of the experience was normal but I was expecting more professionalism from Hermes than to leave someone waiting for so long. Have worked and interviewed for other luxury brands and this is unique to Hermes.

Call with HR, then an in person interview with the hiring manager. I had to do a excel exercise. I then had to wait about 6 weeks for an outcome. Granted after a couple of weeks I knew I didn’t get the job, but it felt quite rude to leave someone hanging.
