Interview process was professional, but slow - 2 interviews + a presentation. While the employees and leadership maybe good-hearted people, their business isn't sustainable, they don't have any sustained growth, and their compensation is SEVERELY below average. The leaderships seemed adept at serving the needs of their top client (San Holo), but have no focus on growth, expansion, or increased revenue. I strongly believe they won't be around in 10 years. I don't believe the leadership is equip to be competitive in the music business market place. I would steer clear.
