Heron Agency interview questions

30-minute phone interview. The questions they asked were not extremely difficult. Be prepared to talk about your past agency experience and what makes you stand out. Focus on what kind of specific projects you have completed in the past.

I met with the CEO and EVP over the phone and then in person. The over the phone discussion was a very basic interview of my skills and work history. The in person interview was more in depth. I was asked a variety of questions relating to skill set and work culture.
