Hetek Solutions interview questions

Hiring process took about two weeks, got calls from the head office and from regional supervisor then had an interview. Informal interview that was laid back mine was done in Tim Hortons. Interview just explained that job and what it entailed.

Met with two interviewers, conducted interview with two interviewers. Very friendly, mostly just explaining the job structure and pay scale to me. Seemed to be mostly a personality assessment as they stressed how important it is to get along with your coworkers. After the interview the General Manager contacted me by phone about a week later.
