I reacted on an job offer at internet and send them the required papers. In about 7-8 days a recruiter called me and we did a short (10-15 minute) phone interview. Mostly focused on my technical knowledge with some practical questions. (what will you do in this situation? ) . Then i received an email in about a week tht they are inviting me for a personal interview and part of the email was a document ( one page long) with diffrent topics to focus on doring preparation for the interview. The personal interview was with 3 ppl. The recruiter , the team leader od the department and the quality manager . It was in a very friendly mood and it was about 45-50 minute long . After few days the recruiter called me that they wanna give me a job offer.
