I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
1) Initial introductory interview (phone)
2) A more job-centric interview (phone)
3) Final campus interview.
The interview process overall was average in terms of difficulty. HR was friendly and walked you through every step in the process. It was a good and seamless experience.

Interview
It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

Interview
The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
