First you get a call from one of the managers asking for some basic questions about your experience and your interests to relocate if you are not from El Paso. Then they schedule a technical interview, when they ask the basics questions about C# and C with Linux and SQL. It doesn't matter a lot if you dont have a lot of technical knowledge, they gave a training of 6 weeks for the new hires.
