I had a Zoom screening with a Campus Recruiter, that was standard. Then I had another interview with the hiring manager for the role. I believe she was the manager for the team, I'd be working with. During the zoom interview, the interviewer did not turn their camera on and I felt very uncomfortable because I was talking to a black screen on Zoom. Why wasn't it just a phone call at that point.
