The interview process at prestigious company called Hexa coder Technologies was smoothly organised. The interview process start preliminary with screening led by HR and admin consequently healthy interaction and formal interview round with founder as well as co-founder .The questions were initially based on HR and Admin fundamentals ,behavioural scenarios and situational judgement to gauge alignment with the organisation's culture and values that are the pillar of any Organization. Each interviewer was decent ,diligent making the entire process feel more like a meaningful two way conversations rather than a high-pressure assessment......and finally you know what ?
