Couple of rounds of tech interview to check knowledge on my tech stack. Cleared.. One call with regional head living in USA, in the middle of the night to help me know my roles & help me on board. Was told by their recruiter that i would receive my OL2 days prior to my LWD so that they can counter any offers I get in the time being. I received some on boarding formalities in the meantime like adding my documents to their DB, which I did. They don't respond to any calls when I have some queries. 4 days prior to my LWD they call up and ask me if I have any offer. Upon hearing the value they say they'll send a counter. They don't and neither respond to any calls or emails. P. S. My asking ctc was not normal.
